Good morning! I assume this is a bounce, which she has been doing lately. She hit a 48 yesterday, and had a nice 102 pmps, but started rising after that. We will reduce only after 3 times under 50, which I have to go look at her ss to see where that stands. She is pooping every other day still, and still rather hard poop at that. Im still doing the Miralax twice a day as well. Off to work, just now got a call someone no call no show...have a great Friday the 13...

Ditto everything Marilyn said. Miralax is a dose to effect drug so you can give a little more without worries.

Yep, I would keep upping the Miralax and/or add pumpkin until you're getting a nice consistency.

Looks like she had a bounce and is clearing it now. Small hard poop in the lb tonight. I did give a little more of the Miralax tonight, close to 1/4 tsp, and we shall see what happens. I do have some pumpkin, so I guess I can try adding a little of that too. Just don't want the opposite effect that I've heard it can cause. I also add water with her meals, and have been since dx. I checked her ss and we have 2 under 50s on this dose, however, they were easily brought up with either lc or mc, so I'm not really excited about reducing if she goes under 50 again..will probably just decrease a tad if and when she does. I am off tomorrow..YAY!
