We got a new low shoot & the 2.5% hydrocortisone cream didn't seem to impact his AMPS number, so that's a win. Not sure how often to use it - I know it's just treating a symptom, not the cause. Don't want to cause fragile skin.
Will play it by ear.

I hope the cream helps with some healing - I think it's worth the risk - although small - with cream in order to help heal those ears. I think that in order of importance his diabetes outweighs everything else because it can cause other issues if left untreated...

Keep trying different things and congrats on shooting that lovely low blue this morning!
