WCR: All Ps in place. She's really enjoying the Weruva Paw Lickin' Chicken. After she hits a wall with her breffis or dinner, I add a little Weruva in and it's like a whole new meal! I picked up some more Paw Lickin' Chicken this afternoon and I picked up a can of Nine Livers....don't know if she'll like it, but I'll try it anyways. She's been napping most of the day. She's sitting on my lap right now and I'm thinking she's farting on me. She just came back from the LB (poop) and cleaned herself several times and now I think she's farting on me. She's lucky I love her so much. :p So, I just checked the LB...I'm guessing the Paw Lickin' Chicken is giving her a little liqui-poo along with some solid poo.

Pixie earned her wings this morning. cat_wings>o My sister brought her home last night for one last night of snuggles and to allow the kids to say goodbye. She took her back to the vet this morning.

My heart breaks for my sister and I wish I could wrap arms around her and cry with her. :bighug: Instead, I'll sit her and cry on Shasta while she farts on me.

Trix loved Paw Lickin'...just not enough calories for her, though. I'm glad Shasta is happy with it, even if her belly isn't! Maybe it's just too much of a new fuds too quickly??

We thought of your sister all day today...it's never ever easy. More hugs and prayers for her...

I am glad that Shasta likes the Paw Lickin' Chicken. Mannie did too.

One of my friend's new kittens had the same reaction to Paw Lickin. Max will only eat if if desparate. He could do with the fewer calories.

Many thoughts and prayers for your sister and you...I'm so sorry to hear about Pixie.

Gracie loves the PLC too but it is pretty low in calories. I hope Shasta likes it.
 
Thanks, everyone. I couldn't bring myself to call my sister today. It was hard enough getting through last nights' conversation...tears on both sides of the phone. I texted to tell her I love her and got the same response back.
 
Shasta likes the Paw Lickin' Chicken, but she's not getting it by itself...because it is too low in calories. However, it is helping to entice her appy and get her eating her real fuds.
 
(((Deb))) Our hearts go out to your sister and her family- so sorry for the loss of sweet Pixie :bighug::bighug::bighug: They are sure lucky to have you looking out for them!

Tiger liked the PLC too, I also keep a supply of the high carb Weruva foods - we like Grandma's Chicken Soup and Chick Magnet- plus they're fairly low in phosphorus, important for us CKD kitties.

I am so sorry to read that Pixie has crossed. I know the anguish your sister is feeling (and yours, too). I hope you will share our condolences with her and tell her there is a lot of love and many hugs sent her way from a bunch of people that get it. :bighug:

My kitties don't care for the PLC. I was very disappointed, as I'd heard great things from everyone about it. Figures. :rolleyes:
