Good Morning LL! Thank you Elsa! :coffee: :coffee: I gave Tess a little more Bupe this morning, she was back under the chair in her" leave me alone I don't feel good spot." She cleaned up first breffis and most of the second offering as well, so no appy stims needed. She had also eaten most of the food left out last night, even the first dinner which she had rejected. Still running to the LB a lot though.

I'm glad that we went over yesterday to get the Cysto done, although there probably won't be any results yet this afternoon at her appt. I hope it's that her "bugs" have become resistant and that we can find a new Ab that will wipe them out once and for all. We also are wondering if the U/S could have dislodged one of the tiny stones that showed up and that is why this happened the day after the U/S. I just find that rather much of a coincidence.

WCR 4 Ps, Clean Plate Club, Vines to all the kittehs in need of them and hugs to all their beans.

Trix has reached a point where vetty visits just stir up bugs anymore...she starts feeling crappy within a day or two. Maybe that happened with Tess, too. Trix has been on Zeniquin for several weeks now...it seems to really help, although her bug is a mystery. I don't know if Tess has tried that one or not...

Sending tons of feel better prayers!

Thanks for the vines, I hope today's appt has some answer rather than just more questions.

@Amy&TrixieCat we haven't tried Zeniquin (Marbofloxacin) but we have been using Orbax (Orbifloxacin) which is the same family of antibiotics. I'm not sure if just that much of a change would help, I'll ask though. We do like the Orbax as it is a liquid (Tess is really hard to pill!) and it doesn't make her sick. We'll ask the vet if she thinks it might work though. I may be needing to ask the GelcapMeister for advice!;)

Nice gentle slide down for Tess- good girl!! Fingers, paws, heck, all body parts crossed today for a vetty visit that gives you solid answers instead of more puzzles to solve! Sending prayers and strong healing vines(and the hope for an AB that is either injectible or compounded into something palatable for your little girl!! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Morning Ann and John :coffee::coffee::coffee:

What a great day BG wise for Tess. Sure is nice to see all that low blue.

I hope she feels better today. Good idea I think to have the cysto done. All the scenarios discussed above very well could be. it is interesting how some cats after vetty visits, or procedures, don't feel well within a day or two. Good luck with the lab results. We tried the Zeniquin with Mannie, when we started having really nasty appy etc issues with the clav, and just giving meds was an issue with him. It made things worse for him, he felt awful, wouldn't eat, nasty LB etc, so he got 2 days of Zeniquin before we had to stop. Might be worth a try though if the orbax worked well for Tess, what with it being in the same"family". Wishing you much luck.

Enjoy your day today. I hope all goes well. Surf well Tess, and feel better!
