Good morning!
AMPS 119 shooting .75F
Boomer ate all of his overnight fuds. However, he did wake me up at 5:15; his auto feeder rotates to an empty dish at 5:10 so that I know at testing time that I'm not testing a food spike. I got up and checked his 5:00 food and sure enough he hadn't finished it. So since it was only 5:15 I gave it to him.
I've been researching food options for Allen to help stall the progression of his CKD and bring down his calcium level. And apparently some recommend feeding high protein, some recommend feeding low protein. Allen does have loss of muscle mass so I wouldn't want to go very low in protein, and I would actually like him to gain a couple of pounds. So what has everyone fed their CKD cats? High protein or low protein?
It got cold here overnight and yesterday's rain turned to snow.

Yesterday, except for lunch with my friend, was a total waste of time. My newborn customer (dad and baby) was supposed to come back for an hour at 2:00. At 11:00 I get a message from the mom "I have an appt at 1:30 and he needs to drive me, can he come later or tomorrow". Of course I had already set up the studio again for the session so I asked her how late he would be and she indicated 4:00. I said that was ok but I couldn't start any later than 4:00 and would only shoot for an hour. So.....I had most of the studio set up by that time and after I got back from lunch I set up the rest, tested my lights, etc. At 3:15 I get a message "baby has been cranky all day I don't think it will work out today I don't want to waste your time". sigh. My time was already wasted setting the studio back up for the second session.

Ok rant over
Today on this Bean's agenda: Dr appt later this morning and for the rest of the day some editing and stuff around here.
