Yesterday's Condo

Another big drop this morning into healthy territory. I wish he would just stay there and not climb up that hill at the end of the cycle. However, no complaining here. I'm just enjoying the view and knocking on any available wood surface every time I check his BGs! Surf it, Cinco! :cool::D:cool:

Minka started eating this morning, even before her tummy meds! :woot: By the time they kicked in, she polished off her breakfast and half of Harvey's (don't worry, he got plenty!). She just finished some tri tip her daddybean shared with her. :cat: Not sure what brought this on, but I'm a happy camper! If we can get through the day without needed to syringe, I'll be delighted. Sasha was a little slower on her food - just now finished her breakfast with the help of a couple of cookies. Yesterday I fed her about 1/3 of a jar of baby food with some of that Ultimate Feline Formula mixed in, and she liked it, so I'm thinking about doing that for her every day. Unfortunately, Minka did not care for it, so I'll put it in the next batch of food I syringe. Gotta get some weight on my little girls.

Overcast, breezy and cool here today. I should have waited to do the yardwork I squeezed in yesterday afternoon! There is more to be done, but my back and hands aren't interested. :( Still trying to get the laundry done from our trip - it's amazing how many dirty clothes two people can amass over such a short time!

Looking good there Cinco!! China's still playing games, but I'm hoping she'll decide to take a dip in the lagoon tonight, so I hope you'll decide to come too!

WOO HOO on Minka's good appy!! Now if Sasha would just get with the program it'd be a great day all around!

Harvey....well...he's Harvey.....LOL

I always thought it was funny how when you leave for vacation, you go with 1 suitcase, but when you return, you need 2...or 3

Hope you get a good dent on the mountain of dirty laundry done today....supposed to be a beautiful weekend here with temps in the 70's!
 
Lovin' that drop into pretty numbers for Cinco (well, not the "drop", but the result of the drop!), and an awesome appy report for the girls, too!! DH and I are good at generating way too many dirty clothes, too...bizarre phenomenon!!

Nice slide for Cinco today. :D I love the new avatar picture. Yay for Minka having a good appy. I hope Sasha's picks up.
 
Thanks for visiting us, Chris, Carla and Amy. I've been thinking for a while that I should change the Avatar, since that one was taking before Cinco went blind. This one is from our "Christmas shoot". Cinco is not real cooperative about being photographed, so I don't have many that show his face.

I gave Sasha and Minka both the baby food with the vitamins in it. Sasha CPC'd hers. Minka ate about a third (better than none) right away. I left it with her, so I need to go see if she's eaten any more of it. Paws crossed!
 
Thanks Tricia for stopping by about the food today. I feel a bit giddy as I have only had two hours sleep since yesterday. I am off to get the special diet food for Jack and test strips but wanted to thank you. I am amazed at how well Cinco is doing these days, just amazed. I am also just getting used to the new software around here. What a learning curve but much better.

Well, another high PS. So will he make it to the lagoon tonight? And do I want him to, since it would mean a big drop which will probably trigger a bounce? Questions, questions.

Minka ate part of her dinner (the second flavor offered). Hopefully she'll graze on the rest through the evening. Sasha finished off Minka's baby food and then ate a little from the first flavor I offered and all of the second. Harvey cleaned up everyone's leftovers! :rolleyes:

They're all in for a treat soon, as it's tuna casserole night! They do love their tuna water. Too bad you can't buy cans with just the water in them - I can't eat enough tuna to satisfy them! :joyful:

Sounds like a pretty good night so far, I sure hope that Minka eats a bit more....
