(I have a question about the next increase in yesterday's thread.)

I am a walking zombie today... I couldnt fall asleep. I had taken a new pill before bed, and its a giant horse pill. After that, it felt like it was stuck in my throat. And I tried to get rid of the feeling for hours. I kept going back and forth on if the pill was actually stuck or if my body was playing tricks. I didn't fall sleep until about 3am :confused:
 
I think you can increase tomorrow.

Sorry about the trouble with the pill. I absolutely hate that feeling.

Ok. Definitely increasing tomorrow. But, what do you think? Increase the standard .25u or do .50u?

I'm concerned for him staying in these high numbers for too long. :confused:
