Yesterday's blue slide down. Neko's back in the saddle again. :cool:

CPC this morning, no mouth noises. :joyful::joyful: Lil' girl was one half of a black and white cat sandwich around my ankles overnight - at least until the alarm went off for rowing. Now she's curled on her bed by my feet. We did have a good acupressure this morning. The iliac crest spots are still getting some good reaction.

I'm off the do some squiring of DF and DM around - it's time for his checkup with his surgeon. Always a trickier proposition when there's a ferry in the middle of the route.

Apparently Neko didn't like me putting the fat back on the dose yesterday. :eek::rolleyes::D Reduction tonight. DH got back later than he thought he would and did the +9. He was surprised to see the 46. No signs from Neko other than her usual wanting her +9 snack. I got back for the +9.5.

I did a lot of hurry up and waiting at the hospital. And of course the ferry was 20 minutes late leaving the island. What we thought was a doctor consult only, turned into an X-ray then consult. The surgeon consult took 10 minutes, the rest an hour and a half. :rolleyes: But doctor is pleased with DF's progress and says she doesn't need to see him again. Best of all, she removed the 90 degree hip restriction which meant he couldn't bend forward at the waist and had to sit on elevated chairs only.:):) He did pretty good getting into and out of the car and walked the entire distance to the cast clinic. Definitely improving.

Thinking of Tricia and Cinco today.

what a great report on your dad! I'm so glad he's recovering like this!

(((Wendy))) I love the DF report:):). I'm glad he is doing so well! Neko was obviously wanting some of that attention:D:rolleyes:. I hope she'll give you a nice green surf tonight and I'm happy to see she is better today! And I love the visual cat ankle sandwich that popped into my head:p
