Had a good play with Mav and the civvie last night before bed, Mav was interested in the snake rope toy for all of a minute or two, but then changed gears on me...apparently the box that my new Himalyan salt lamp came in is the bomb :p Mav didn't quite fit in it, his bottom half would poke out when he pounced into it, then he'd zip out and tear down the hall. Jester curled up in the reusable shopping bag with his face just barely visible, eyes wide...just waiting for Mav to run so that he could launch out of the bag and chase after him. These cats sure make me laugh. Who needs to spend money on cat toys when boxes will do?! lol
 
Thanks so much @Red & Rover (GA) I didn't realize there was such a dangerous potential. I had expected some curiosity, but didn't imagine cats would actually like the taste :eek:. Most definitely a risk with my civvie, he gets into and up on everything. He even jumps up to the top of kitchen cabinets and sits like a little lion king surveying his territory from up there. Will have to re-think its placement, I know for a fact my civvie can get to it in its current location.

Mav +5.5 139 (AT2)...I had left him some 6% again in his feeder to give him a boost prior onset, seems to be preventing too sharp a drop. The tough part is not knowing what he might have done without the 6%, but I'm happy he's staying in an nice safe zone while I'm at work :cool:.
