It's been another fine day for the Lagoon Meisterin!!

Been a long day for mama though.....last time I went to Columbia to go to pain clinic, I screwed up my calculations and didn't buy enough RadCat so guess who had to drive all the way up there and back today for cat food? MAMA, that's who!!

She better know how much her mama loves her!!

Tomorrow it's physical therapy day...we're having to modify some of the exercises for my shoulder due to my back problems and knee's, but we're figuring it out.

This place offers aquatic therapy too (although it's not covered by anybody's insurance). I'm thinking if I can work out a time and figure out how to pay for it, it might be good for both me and DM. She loves to swim and anything that gets her out and about to stimulate her brain can only help. And at 88, some no-impact water exercises would probably be really good for her....as well as her daughter who's just plain falling apart

I hope you can figure out a way to do the water therapy - for your DM, too. I'm told it's a big help. I'm getting ready for my second big back surgery and looking for ways to start exercising so I won't need a third. It's tough when my arthritic knees and feet scream at any kind of walking or weight bearing exercise.

Sending vines for that shoulder (that's one of the few joint that doesn't hurt me - anti jinx!).
