Yesterday's Condo

A neighbor is moving and asked if I wanted a teak bench and table for the courtyard. He kindly brought it over yesterday. Of course, door to the courtyard opens and out run the cats! (Well, Gabby strolled out.) He thought it was delightful how much the cats like the courtyard. I was a little less amused when Gizmo wanted to walk out the front door!
 
Hope you caught the little rascals easy enough, I know both of mine can be quite tricky to catch if they get out!. Have a nice day, and Gabby, let's bring those numbers back down today!
 
I can totally picture it. We've taught our cats a cat call .. well, they taught it to us and we mimic it as best we can. I have no doubt the neighbor's think we're crazy, but they don't bother us much so it's okay. When the cat's hear their treat call they taught us, they come running because they always, without fail, get treats. We can do that call and they'll come running from the back 40 to get to the house. On past occasions we've had as many as 15 cats running up to get their treats. Makes for a great party trick.

So glad you got 'em back in and have some new teak furniture, too!
 
What a nice neighbor! Too bad he's moving.

So cute they thought they could explorer out because the door was open. :joyful:
When you called them back in, did they look "why not?" or "busted!"?
