Blah. That's how I feel. Pretty sure that's how Claudio feels.
I knew we wouldn't see the greens at +3.
After having some greens for a couple of hours for 2 days in a row, this is anticlimactic.
I know a cat is more than their numbers. But better numbers mean a healthier cat.
A healthier cat means a happier cat.
I liken it to having a cold. You basically feel okay. But not good.
You can still do your ADL's, but you don't feel like doing anything more.
He was more alert and oriented when in greens.
Being in these yellows isn't helping any of his organs either.
When he's like this, he only gets up to potty and drink. I have to bring his food to him.
Whereas yesterday he was up and walking about. To the litterbox, the water, the food, me and about the house.
Today he has been laying in the same spot all morning.
Done rambling now.

I know it is a roller coaster. I felt so good about the last couple of days with disco that this morning when he was higher I was disappointed. I do think he felt better and I was excited about no glucose in the urine and I do think that loop is helping him with his lameness… Day by day

I do hope that loop is really helping Disco.
I'd like to get one, but too much $$ for me.
Waiting for this quarantine to end so that the vets opens up to things beside emergencies.
I want to take Claudio to a new vet.
His soon to be old one saw no problem with feeding him regular old dry food. Right then and there I was saying goodbye to him in my head.

Yes, it’s been a transition for me to be on the other side of the exam table since I retired—onlt the 2nd time in my career that I wasn’t working for a vet.

Hang in there Susan, it's just a question of time before Claudio hits his "magic" dose. Hopefully then, things will look a lot greener and less bouncy. :)
