Good Morning.....Hope you're off to a good start with your weekend.....To me - everyday these days - is about the same day to me. The only difference is that just maybe my boss won't send me work to do today. But then again, the real estate market has been off, so when work comes in - you just gotta jump on it and don't give the seller anytime to decide not to list, no second thoughts allowed:)

How's the market over on that side? It's a real snooze fest here...looks like nothing at all is moving...although I'm just 'looking'...I don't see many 'new' listings...all the same ones - repeat, repeat, repeat.

At least the weather is absolutely gorgeous - for now. Not too hot :)
