Yesterday's Testathon
Harvey decided to be a little less dramatic this morning. I didn't much care for that AMPS, but he came down just fine, so I'm not going to sweat it. No appy this morning. Didn't eat more than a bite or two of his t/f/s meal and turned away from breffis, so out came the tummy meds after two days without.
About an hour later he was CPC - both bowls - and asking for more. Which he got!
I did forget to give him SEB last night, so I'm wondering if that played a role. I must remember to do it tonight.
It's getting hot again today. Supposed to be in the mid to high 90s. DH says 100s this week
, but I haven't looked at the forecast yet (I'm skeered to). BLEAH!!!
Day 15 of the challenge. Crossed flags are in the air (half-way, for you non-racing fans)! We had ribs last night and Mark did the whole rack, so we'll be eating off that all week, which means I don't have to rack my brains for compliant meals.
Just have to come up with sides. I can do that.
Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans.
Extra vines to @Wendy&Neko and many vines and prayers to Amy and her family.

Lest we forget: here in the US, today is a day to remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice so that we could live free and safe. As the wife, daughter, sister and niece of veterans, I feel very strongly the need to acknowledge those that chose to stay and fight, no matter the cost. Freedom is not free.

So much for improvement. The frozen water bottle helped a little, but it's still pretty painful.
