Poor little thing for yesterday, it's too bad there's no better way to test :( You had a long testing day with so many nice greens!
Hope he'll stay safe today and you have a great day Debra!:)

I was speaking with a Vet recently and she told me that there is a unit that they can place on the kitty's ear or somewhere on the body and it keeps a constant BG count. It can be hooked to your phone to monitor also. I don't know anything more about it because new things like that are just too new for me to think about.

We’ve had members use these continuous glucose monitors and the technology is just not there yet to consistently use in a cat. The members I’m aware of that tried them switched to the “old”;way of testing and monitoring.

I hope Yoyo flattens our for you. You might want to give him at least MC now and test 30 mins later to keep him from going lower.

Have a great night.

I feed him MC and he still dropped more to 54. Getting HC now. He doesn't react well to the carbs, hard to bring his numbers up.

I saw that a little while ago because I was searching for alternatives to always poking Ti-Mousse because of his ears problem.
Unless I'm wrong, it was not the perfect solution if ever, otherwise after researching I would have tried it!
Can't remember exactly the issues though, but enough for me not to try it!:(
If you find it interesting, maybe they are better now and might be good for my ti-minou also :) Let's see!!
