Ravan is acting OK eating ,pooping, etc. These High BG readings are frightening! This isn't a bounce. What could be causing his BG to go so high?

Could Ravan have got into some high carb food? Does he have any other health concerns?
It could still be a bounce but it does seem extreme for the blue he saw 2 nights ago.
When was his last dental?
Could also be a urinary tract infection (or other infection).

His BG was doing really good BEFORE the decrease.

No, Ravan could not get into any high carb food. I'm vegetarian. Ravan isn't interested in my veggies. ( I never leave food laying around) He's fed several times a day so he's never desperately hungry. He's been eating his raw diet for several days now.

He was to the vet 4 months ago & besides the Diabetes everything looked fine.

I would think that if he was sick I'd see something going on. I'm home with him nearly 24/7 I'm very attentive to everything he does. After 16 years I would notice if he was acting off.

I cannot afford to bring him to the vet everytime his Bg gets high.
