This morning Radar is begging to be allowed into the garage which is his favorite playground. So I know he feels good. :cat: He just won't be able to stay out there for long due to the heat. Today's task is to test frequently so I can figure out what to do with his dose.

My other task today is to help my sister, Michelle, who has a newly diagnosed diabetic cat. Michelle is of course overwhelmed but she's done really well with the frequent fire-hosing of information that I've given her in the last 10 days or so. Lovie started her sugar dance with DKA, :nailbiting: a really really long weekend for my sister and then 3 days in the hospital. Now that Lovie's home and feeling much better, we will start her spreadsheet and get started with learning how to test. Lovie is already eating mostly wet food and has been on Lantus for the last week. Radar has never had ketones so I've encouraged Michelle to come here for help as we learn how Lovie responds to her current dose.

I'm glad Radar is doing well. If you are able and willing to, I think a dose increase would help him to see more blues.
I hope your sister Michelle does join the group to help her with Lovie. Best Of Luck to them.
