Im at work, but wanted to update since I didn't have time this morning. last night I found some blood where she lays on the blanket on a chair. I looked closer and found a tooth! it looked decayed at the top. She probably only got .5 last night due to a bubble in the syringe. For some reason this new box of syringes are a little wonky..more difficult bubbles, and the lines are off. This morning she was hesitant to eat and I was running late, so I gave her .5 intentionally in case she didn't finish her food. Before I left, I brought her unfinished food to her and held the bowl, and she ate a little more. I am going to make an appt. to have her teeth looked at, and will probably have to schedule a dental. Im thinking she may be in some discomfort due to her teeth, and getting a dental may help in determining whether she needs less or no insulin. She does appear to chew on both sides, not favoring one side, but who knows for sure whats going on. She is a little higher today at +2.5 than normal, so probably the reduction effect. Back to work now!
