Good Morning LL! :coffee: :coffee: Thank you Elsa! A little extra R needed this morning. :oops: But she is feeling good and eating well. The nanners have been rediscovered after being ignored for month's and new napping places have been claimed after the big clean out. The "house cleaning" also involved rearranging furniture, getting the new wine racks set up and 9 boxes of wine stored properly! Also a lot of paintings that needed hanging are finally up!

WCR All 5 Ps, just about Clean Plate Club, Vines to all the kittehs in need of them and hugs to all their beans.

Whew, that was a little high this morning!

Poor Emma. I don't know what she did the other day, but for 2 days now she has been hounded by a pair of towhees, chipping at her incessently wherever she goes outside. I think she was relieved to come in yesterday!

We know when she shows up looking for her 1:00 treat now, though! :p :p

she doesn't have to do anything.... just being a cat can make some brids nervous..... and they'll chase... at least our blue pinion jays will
chase any thing....
Hope Tess keeps it below yellow .. no need for going up ...Tess...

If Emma got one of their babies, she'll never have any peace. Tess, how about settling down on the blue floor? Wow, major housecleaning/rearranging. As good as moving for Tess. :p

For Tess's sake, I hope they aren't Spotted Towhees- they have the most incessant, irritating call in the whole bird world! They're probably nesting somewhere nearby... :rolleyes::rolleyes:

As much as I hate big housecleaning projects, I bet it felt good to get it done- congrats! Okay Tess, time to slide slowly down to the lagoon tonight--gently please!! Good girl!

Probably a nest of babies. My Puddincat (GA) got out one day and was dive-bombed by magpies as she cowered in a corner of the fence.:(:mad:

Hope Tess slides down to the lagoon; as Ruth says---slowly and gently.

They're California Brown Towhee and their call is certainly irritating, worse than the Spotted Towhee even! The Spotted Towhees are much prettier birds than our LBBs too. Last year they nested where I store my potting soil and had hissy fits every time I went to get something.

Ha ha does Tess get that embarrassed look when the birds are having a go? There's some little willy wagtails around my place that go for Vyktor sometimes. He gets down low and slinks along! Mind you I copped a couple of head pecks from them last nesting season and can attest that they're not messing around!

I hope you didn't store all that wine I think you deserve a bottle after all that work :)

Morning Ann and John :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Nice recovery Tess! Blue this morning! Maybe you can surf that? What'd'ya say?

Wow on the birds, and Emma... and Tess too?

Awesome on the nanners. Mannie would be so proud. :cool:
