Happy appy, snuggles galore, feisty, spunky, and anti-jinxes. Her appy is very good, but of course I'm hyper-sensitive and feel like it's not as ecstatic as I like. But, it is nowhere near "crappy", so I will take it! She has been extra generous with snuggles, and she was trotting around without a care in the world yesterday. She was even "spinning" around my feet as I dried my hair yesterday...cuteness!!!
Something other than summertime appies was up with the civvies yesterday. All three boys barfed at some point (granted Noah's was a hairball) and none of them were happy with their fuds. Zen barfed in the afternoon, and while I missed most of this, he also completely freaked out afterwards. I heard the barf, when to investigate, and by the time I got there, he acting as if he was scrambling but couldn't get his footing. Scare the crap out of me...I thought he was having a stroke. I helicoptered for quite a while, and even made a tentative appointment for the evening, but he slowly recovered. What I think happened is that when he jumped of the couch to barf, his claw got caught (happens a lot with him), and that freaked him out even further.
So anyway, since all of them were being fussy about their food, I began to think maybe the kibble had gone bad. I tossed everything (even though it was almost brand new) and bought new stuff before dinner last night...and they all chowed down without issue. So that is what I think it was. Everyone seems to be OK so far today....anti-jinx!!!
Gotta get myself moving....3 more work days before staycation!!! Have a great day, L&LL!
