6/26 Sampson AMPS = +2 367!!

AMPS amd +2 are the same!! Hopefully we are on the stright road today! Lol any other key times I should test or can we take a break?
 
My curious side wants to always poke him every hour but that isn't fair to him. Lol maybe get like a +6?
 
I did give him fresh catnip yesterday, maybe that made his liver relax. Lol Side note: Doxycycline safe for diabetics? Both vets I would normally ask are out of town. Lol Going to ask another who is here today but she mainly does spay/neuter and not general practice.
 
Jenn, is it in tablets? If they are coated, you need to take that into account - Cinco's on a coated AB right now and I'm sure it's raised his BGs. If it's liquid, they usually have some sugar in the suspension. I don't know about the actual medication. Hopefully someone that does know will come along and answer you.

I am a testaholic, so I undertand your urge to test often. There is no such thing as too much data, but you do have to take the kitty's comfort level into account. +6 is good.
 
It is capsules. We had a volunteer who is a non-licensed vet today and both she and the other doc couldn't think of any reason it wouldn't be safe. +6 was 220 PMPS was 384. Planning on doing a curve on Monday.
