Unless someone wiser comes along and tells you otherwise I don't think I would just yet. You're missing a fair bit of data and I suspect some of that would show green. With two flat yellow cycles in a row I would actually be prepared for action tomorrow I think you might have a bounce about ready to break.

I think you're OK to increase. The last time Brody saw a green number is a week ago.

If you're following Tight Regulation, you want to evaluate Brody's dose every 3 days (unless a reduction is indicated) or every 5 days if numbers are under 200. TR is an aggressive approach to dosing. The advantage is that you don't let a cat sit in numbers that are outside of a normal BG range for any length of time since having a cat in higher than normal numbers can contribute to a cat developing glucose toxicity (i.e., the higher numbers become a new "normal" range). Brody has been at the 3.0u dose since early June so you could have increased much sooner than now.

I didn't see this till after I gave him is shot this morning so I will try to get several measurements today and increase tomorrow. I will post again once I have some numbers.

You disappointed me Brody, I was hoping you'd pull something out of your hat! I would go ahead and increase tonight.
