Good Evening, L&LL,

Today was a day of chores, getting ready for a houseguest for the 4th of July. Rusty didn't like his food choices today. I'm going down now to hold his dinner bowl.

Lots of thunderstorms moving through today (glad our paddle was yesterday). And this weather is supposed to continue for the rest of the week and into the weekend. We have had so much rain this spring. (@Wendy&Neko : I can't imagine doing a regatta in 100 degree weather! hope you had lots of water (to drink, that is).

Tomorrow I have to take my car in for the 60,000-mile service (one of the big ones). I'll be in Lake Placid all day. The Lake Placid Horse Show is on, and the grounds are right across the road from my auto-service shop. So I hope the weather will have some clearing intervals. I haven't been to a horse show since I was a teenager (when I used to compete in them).

Eat yer fuds Rusty! The LagoonMeister needs to be strong.

We had a really wet spring until lately. I hope your summer shows up soon. We had a bit too much of it on the weekend. We were drinking litres of liquid.
 
Good morning ! Sorry I have been so absent from the board but I try to keep up with your posts. Rusty's looking great! Lots of greens in there. Remember Rusty eat your fuds! Good luck with your weather and also your car serviced today! Enjoy the horse show. That should be fun. Hope all is well with you and Edward. Things are coming along here. We are just starting to get into summer vacation for Nicholas and William, lots of fun going on.
 
Appy vines for Rusty! I was reading a post on Facebook yesterday about Aniken the 2-legged kitty (I "follow" him). Apparently he's been quite sick lately, and his bean thinks its because of the Wellness formula change! I know Rusty hasn't been happy about the change...I don't know what these food companies are thinking.

I hope he's eating better today!

I donated the Wellness to the local shelter (as Chewy.com instructed me to do). I'm still trying to find a food that Rusty will eat consistently. He changes every day!

Thank you...we're doing "OK.....some days are harder than others, but that's to be expected. The civvies seem to be doing better now and that helps - they had a very hard time at first.
