Since I don't have to be anywhere tonight and don't have any plans for tomorrow, I'm going to hit the muscle relaxants tonight and hope they'll loosen this darn shoulder up some, but they usually make me pretty sleepy so you may not see much of me

I've always used the Arnica gel, but I am going to send for the pills (for Edward). Carla gives a link to the ones she uses in Rusty's condo this evening.

I've been told that I'm very good a giving massages. With Canadian / American exchange
rate it would cost you less to buy airline ticket to have me as visitor then buying cream or pills.

I'm a little leery of using the pills, after I read this article. Even though it says the low dose pills are safe, we all know that supplements in the US are not regulated and have very little oversight. How do we know they are only putting in as much as they say they are? I think I'll stick to the gel (which I just ordered, thank you Ella, for the info).

Hope your shoulder feels better Chris, I haven't caught up on what's wrong but I always use arnica cream, though I don't think there'd be a difference with the gel. Just check how much active ingredients are in it and buy the strongest one I'm a Massage Therapist and recommend arnica for my clients quite regularly, it works wonders! We also use it on our duck's legs haha
