Lucy wasn't feeling too good last night and this morning, but she might be feeling a bit better now.
She gave me some purr when I petted her with her favorite ZoomGroom just now although she's still lethargic.

She had two diarrhea overnight, so that's a step backward.
But I thought her diarrhea might started having some slight poopy odor, so that's good if I didn't just imagine it.
Her poop hadn't smelled at all which was worrying me.
I never though I'd wish for poo smell.

She so far ate nearly 3/4 of her meal portion, so not too bad.
But we both had to work hard. I hope she'll eat more willingly this evening.

It's been 3 weeks since she got sick.
I think this is the longest episode.
She's gotten sick plenty of times, but I don't remember her staying this sick for this long.
When she originally got sick after the Leukeran, the vet wanted to run a b/w after 3 weeks, which is tomorrow.
At that time, we didn't expect it would so completely throw her off.
I checked with the vet last week if she still wanted to do the b/w as planned and she said yes.
Hopefully the stress won't make things worse....

I have to do a big laundry today. Mostly poopy stuff.
Poopy towels, poopy shirts, poopy sheets.

I'm sorry to hear Lucy is still feeling poorly, but glad she is eating a little better. Sorry about all the poo issues. We certainly seem to talk a lot about poo on the board, don't we?

I hope the bloodwork results are good and that Lucy feels better soon. Sending healing and appy vines.

I'm sorry Lucy isn't feeling very well today, but at least she is eating some for you. I hope she doesn't get stressed from the trip to the vet for the b/w. I hope she starts feeling better soon. :YMHUG: :YMHUG:
