It's been another fine day here in ChinaVille!!

Now I have to wonder what she has in mind for tonight!!

She did get quite a bit of exercise this afternoon so I'm wondering if that's why the PMPS is so much lower than she's been all day. Mama was bored while she was downloading a bunch of updates so pulled out "Da Bird"!

Can't get in this week to the doctor (unless they have a cancellation tomorrow) so will have to just bear with this stupid shoulder and try to rest it as much as possible.

Heat index went over 120 today!! Tomorrow is DM's usual hair appointment but I'm really not sure I want her out in that kind of heat, even if it is just for a short time to get from inside to the car!

I use pure peppermint oil on sore muscles or pain.... it doesn't heal it but feel good!

I'm glad we're not experiencing that kind of heat,with my A/C out and the part not expected until at least Monday. However, it's supposed to start heating up her tomorrow...

Awesome job today, China. Harvey just couldn't keep up. But he tried.
