I'm getting away with minimal testing, which means it's time to start considering a dosecrease. Yesterday was Neko's first day on the compounded budesonide, but I'm not seeing a lot of difference in her numbers. My trigger finger is getting itchy.

Neko just finished off the last of her breffs. She's making a lot of mouth noises. Poor baby, the mouth bump does get in the way of one of her favourite activities, which is eating. Next on the agenda for today is to resume the nap in the solarium. Here is a pic of her earlier - finally got a pic of her nekkid belly. DH took the camera this morning, so it's only a so-so pic.

Her hair isn't growing in very quickly this time, must be some chemo effect. :(

Hoping you all have a restful, but green Sunday. After reading Tricia and Harvey's condo yesterday, I'm feeling the urge to do some cleaning.
 
What a beautiful belly! Enjoy your nap in Solarium Neko, but come on down from those yellow! So sorry about her mouth troubles--eating is one of the great cat pleasures indeed.
 
I like her picture! It's the pred likely causing the hair not to grow back. Tiffany's never did. :( Hope Neko is luckier.

Neko's on budesonide, not pred. Her hair did start growing back after the first U/S, but seems to be slower to grow after the second one. Civie Theo is on pred and his hair has grown back about half way. It's been 6 months since his U/S.

Neko's nekkid belly is more noticable because they shaved a lot more area than was done on Theo. She also had an echo done, though they usually don't shave for that.

Neko, the dosecrease threat is on the table. So how about you work the juice and show us what you can do?
 
Love the picture. That face, those eyes, those eyebrow whiskers. And that tail! Oh Neko, I want to ticky, ticky that tummy!

Hope the liquid med shows some number results soon. Or, Miss Neko. The bean's itchy!

Cute pic! Tillie's belly fur didn't grow back very well after her last US either, might be an old lady effect. :joyful: Bean's twitchy, Neko, get down to bidness!

Harvey's didn't grow back much, either. He's on both Pred and Leukeran, so maybe the combo of the two got him.

Just want to kiss that belly! When Bubba had an US, it took a long time for the hair to grow back. Don't know if the time of year plays into that or not...

i'm not convinced that a liquid budesonide would cause numbers not to go up any more than the pills.....
i think it's a ecid thing....

For the moment, I'll scratch this afternoon's mozzy bite instead. Looks like Neko was listening today. :D We got some good purrs late afternnon and she came outside for a while when I mowed the lawn.

Me neither, but my dosing can be more consistent. 1 ml instead of 3/4 of a small pill is easier to measure.
 
Nice pmps for the little girl tonight.

A nekked belly is always kinda irresistible! Do you really want hair covering all that pink cuteness? ;)
