Found this 2017 post from Frank's Mom and it made me lol. :D Life is lived in between these activities.

This really is exhausting. I feel like my life is down to 1-2 hour increments. Feed the cat, check his sugar, pull his food, check his sugar. Check his sugar, feed the cat, give a shot. Check the sugar, fill the food. Whew. I'm beat!

Add in vet visits, nail trimming, combing and your day is over.

Is Butternut having a bounce today due to last night's low + karo-gravy ingestion, plus blue-green surfing? Something else?

Also, I've been reading threads old and new dealing with too much insulin vs not enough. It's like a paradoxical response to insulin or something, contrary to what you'd be expecting, and the remedy counterintuitive. What tips you off that insulin dose is too high?

I just found this in an older post: The extreme lows he hit the other night can also make a cat more sensitive to insulin for a bit.

True? I didn't know this, if so. So delicate, this dance.
