Going to try and keep Olive's pokes to minimum, gives ears a break. On poop watch again. Was doing well, 4 days in a row. We missed one day of lactulose, the following day was late and now no poop. She does not tolerate interruption in her schedule at all.

Looks like maybe today will be a quiet day. Some paper work to finish. Laundry to fold. Want to get a pair of socks started so I have something to do Friday while waiting.

I like the idea of socks, the day won't seem as long if you're busy ! What color the socks?
I wish today goes well and Olive gives you a nice poop! With this reduction, she should be safe Friday!
Have a good day Paula!

Variegated color. Yarn is from Italy. It's nice to work with but sometimes it tends to separate. And I have a feeling my needles might be to small. I picked an easy pattern in case I'm interrupted it will be easy to figure out where I'm at.

It's been a few years since making any. I really need to start up again. I have so much sock yarn and patterns to try. A whole closet full actually.

Did you try to change your needle size? Italy has nice yarn...! Good thing for the easy pattern!:)
I love to buy wool and I hardly knit anymore, so I have a lot also! It's the same for sewing... I like knitting in the fall, during summer it's too hot for me!

In your spare time, you could start an "off topic on knitting" when gardening will be over! You don't have much to do anyway... :p, but it could be fun! :joyful:

Ok Olive maybe you need a little encouragement? Here's the Happy Poop dance again!

In the past I always used size 2 needles. Casted on same number, make the leg and foot the same lengths. But I apparently didn't write it down anywhere. Never make the same pattern twice except this time. Yarns are all different weights even though it's sock or fingering weight. Some are just thicker.I

That's a good idea OT on knitting/crocheting. Remind me.

I'm using a generic sock pattern which refers to numbers (increase, decrease, number of rows,...) in a spreadsheet depending on your gauge! So you just have to plug in the numbers from the SS in your pattern depending on your gauge, and you knit! Very easy, that's what I'm using now for socks!

Don't worry, count on me! I think it could be fun! :joyful: Have a nice evening!
