Yesterday
7/3 Recap:
AMPS 296 +7 207 +10 257
PMPS 297 +9 120
Sending vines of comfort to Peg as she spends the last day with sweet Toby.
Been a while since a blue AMPS.
A couple times now when I've given budesonide later in her AM cycle, Neko seems to have better numbers overnight and better AMPS. I'm going to try it again today. It's only a couple hour delay, but maybe it lines up the budesonide BG raising effect better with the insulin action. It does mean I have to give the AM Vetmedin by itself, but that's OK as it can be given via syringe.
Neko was on the top of the stairs when I got back from rowing. And she hung around my feet as I prepped breffs then trotted (!!) over to her feed station where she CPC'ed on first meal. Doesn't get any better than that.
Wait it does, I was in the kitchen when I hear her spontaneously purring in the solarium.
Her back is bugging her a bit when I do acupressure so I think I'm going to try to get her in for acupuncture sometime soon. I've been holding off as she's had enough other vet visits lately and I try not to overwhelm her too much.
Happy 4th to our American members. I'm looking forward to the quiet night here.
