I saw your question yesterday about the 26u dose. Yes, I’d keep it for now. He had a really nice day yesterday and the goal is to have more of them.
When numbers shoot up that much, that fast, it tells me he likely lost duration for some reason. And then, at some point, you see a bounce, like you did last night, which adds to the numbers increasing. Great job catching that rise and giving R because it helped keep the bounce numbers better under control.
He might come back down on you today. Time will tell.
