WOO HOO for another flat green day.....Only 12 points difference between AM and PM!!

It looks like after her exercise, it takes a few hours before the effects seem to reduce her numbers, but I think it's pretty definite that the exercise IS helping in that way....now we just have to get enough of it to burn some more calories so her weight comes down!!

I know I'm probably crazy, but she does "feel lighter" the last few days... I know the scale said no on Sunday, but I've also reduced her food even more....she's getting 2 one ounce medallions of raw per day and about 3/4 of 1 3oz can of Fancy Feast. I'm adding more water to it too to help "fill her up"

I'd better see some results this week when I weigh her! I sure don't know what else I could do! As it is, she's not getting very much food

Hope everyone is having a good Fursday!! Sending lots of vines for anybody who needs them as well as our extra special, extra tough, can't kill it with nothing KUDZU vines for China's best buddy, Harvey!!

Hi Chris, Be very careful not to feed China too little. You don't want to take a chance on fatty liver disease. The exercise is good and gradually you should see some results. The key word here is "gradually"!

Yo Deputy China, You have the most beautiful numbers today (and yesterday, too). Very nice work in the lagoon. You did double-duty today!

I've been really surprised at how willing she's been to NOT eat as much as she used to...Of course I'm adding more water to her food too but it really has surprised me.....She's still eating around 185 calories as best I can figure so it's not like she's not getting any food at all

Dr. Lisa's site says 1-2% a week weight loss is safe and he only lost 3oz (1%) the first week and not even an entire ounce on week 2, so I'll be interested to see what this weeks weigh in will show....even if she lost 6 ounces a week (2%..a huge amount), she needs to lose a good 5lbs (at least) and would do better to get down to between 12-14 so there's a long way to go
