Good morning!

Leo’s PINK this morning! I really hope this is a bounce and not a trend. I decided not to test last night since he was yellow, now I wish I did.

We had a torrential rainfall yesterday evening for quite a long time, everything is so green and lush this morning. All the humidity is gone, it should be a beautiful day today!

Vetty vines for @JoyBee&Ravan for Peggy Sue who starts chemo today. Joy, I hope the vet is able to squeeze Peggy Sue in early and you don’t have to wait for a long time. Paws crossed for you both.

Have a great day everyone, surf safe kitties!

I know, a pink at this point makes me nervous, he was doing so well.
You have a great day too Lyane! :)
Is he feeling OK? No infection or dental needed ? Eat, drink and LB as usual ... Losing or gaining weight! Insulin OK not fuzzy?
Never easy to figure out what's wrong. He doesn't seem to like August !!!:woot:

Hope for you he gets back on track soon ! :bighug:

Well August is usually a dull month, no holidays or anything. Sometimes kitties just have a weird cycle or two with no explanation. Sometimes it's a warning that some lows are coming.........

Thank you! He seems fine, he's his usual happy purry self. Nothing has changed, same food, weight etc... He had a dental cleaning last October and blood work, also blood work in March after he came out of remission and the vet checked his teeth and gums and everything looked good. He has never had x-rays though so maybe something's lurking that's not apparent or could be his pancreas is tired or CKD is starting to rear it's ugly head... I think I'm just going to play it by ear and see what the next couple of days bring and go from there. :)

I'm happy to know someone got that rain...we need it so badly - everything here is parched...we try to keep up with the watering - lots of time with the garden hoses! DH starts out every day with watering for at least an hour - I go out in the afternoon and try to water a few more that need it - mostly hydrangeas and hostas..everything looks so thirsty here...we were 'promised' rain and it never came our way ... maybe another time.. Have a wonderful day!
