I forgot to say that because that little drop is so small, you might want to keep the plunger pressed after you administer the insulin and keep it pressed while you are taking the needle out of the cat, so none of that little bit of insulin gets sucked back up into the needle while still in the cat.

Thanks Dyana! I'm pushing hard when I administer, but not sure I'm holding that pressure when removing the needle, so I'll be sure to do it going forward.
 
I would have gotten at test at +5.5 since she might have been feeling like her BGs were going down. Can you get another test soon?
Sorry, I was away from the computer and missed your message. Her +7 is 93. I'll remember that in the future when she is anxious.
