With more than a week since the last green, we are back to making regular increases. Now up to 5.25U.

It is hard to wrap my head around the fact that early on she was consistently green at less than 1/2 this dose.

I was conservative when she was hospitalized because I couldn't monitor (constipation) and also when I introduced a new vial of insulin, so there have been a few climbs up the dose ladder, but now we are in uncharted territory. Guess I'm just nervous and want to do the right thing for her.

Thanks @Kris & Teasel. I'm trying to make sure I'm doing the right things for her, but it is so frustrating - like a puzzle that can't be solved!

I think of it as a puzzle that is not EASILY be solved...but not necessarily "cannot" be solved.
Rosie's numbers would make Ducia jealous..if she could read.
