Morning all!
Nice start for my buddy Lou this morning, although we did have some excitement last night. At +6.5, his BG was 47, which completely surprised me. I had just been thinking yesterday about how this dose wasn't even getting him into greens, and how perhaps I should have only lowered him to 2.75u instead of 2.5u. I was thinking I'd likely be increasing him soon. And then he throws me a lime, ha. I had the hardest time waking up last night that I almost skipped the test (which is why I tested at +6.5 instead of +6.). I am so glad I didn't! I was too tired for shenanigans, so I gave him a tsp of 20% HC food to go with his usual 1/4 LC meal. Thankfully he had gone back up to 74 by +8.
Needless to say, I'm very interested to see how today goes. I hope you all have a wonderful day and your kitties surf safely!
