Hi everyone, shortly after I posted Rusty's condo yesterday morning our Internet went out and only came back on this evening. Rusty is eating pretty well here at camp, sleeping a lot, and his breathing is ok, but not great. Yesterday was beautiful, but today we had thunderstorms and it was damp and cool (it was supposed to ne warm and sunny).

We and our friends started our paddle in hazy sunshine at 10 a.m. By 11:30 there were rumbles of thunder that got closer and closer, so we decided to head back to camp. We had a great lunch party while the storms rolled through all afternoon. No more paddling, but lots of beer and munchies. The unsettled weather is now supposed to last several days, so tomorrow we may go to the Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake instead of paddling on Blue Mountain Lake.

I'm glad Rusty is eating well. I hope his breathing gets better. Sorry about the storms ruining your paddle. At least you got to have a lunch party.

That fresh air gives you a good appetite and makes for good snoozing too!! Hopefully the rain will wash whatever's in the air out and Rusty will be breathing better too!

Sorry your paddle got cut short, but better safe than sorry....and it sounds like you had a good time anyway!!
