I'm just getting caught up on the situation with your mom. I'm so sorry to hear things aren't going well. I have no advice or words of wisdom to offer, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Oh, and Max, it is possible to stay safe and be just a little bit lower. See if you can get down to the edge of the lagoon, but no headers, okay?
@Tricia & Cinco , @Laura&Chichi , @elizabeth and gus , @Bron and Sheba@Carla and Furball thanks for the prayers. We just spoke with her cardiologist and today he says if she has a surgeon who does lots of surgeries and a top anesthesiologist he would agree to the cataract surgery. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.
Max could have gone lower last night but I doubt it. He stayed pretty low into PMPS last night so maybe his body just had enough. He ate a lot at PMPS last night so I could go to the Apple Store about my phone. Twice. Maybe that was too much. It is Mr. Unpredictable we are talking about.
I bet you're ready to tear your hair out Elise...one minute it's "No" surgery, the next it's "maybe" surgery
I hope if your family decides that the cataract surgery is the way to go for your mom that you find a great surgeon and anesthesiologist to care for her. When my mom had her cataract surgeries (they only do one at a time usually) it was a fairly short procedure, so if they can get her in/out of surgery quickly, that will reduce the stress on her heart.
Sending lots of vines and hugs
And Max...you be a good boy!! No drama!!...that's an order from Deputy LagoonMistress China!!
