Puking all day - high numbers - Rough day for Luci
Thanks to everyone who chimed in and gave me feedback and words of wisdom and advice for Luci's really strange day of vomiting.
I know it's gross to discuss these things in acute detail - but I have never experienced that kind of thing with her before. We've had plenty of the 'usual' hairball pukes and occasionally a little food pukey situation...but never have I seen anything like that...
Happy to report she seems to be feeling fine this morning - DH left her in the utility room overnight where she has access to all of her basic needs (fresh water, nice bed aka soft rug on the dryer, LB) and ta da - no signs of puke anywhere! She greeted me with purrs and the usual insulted look of 'who left me in here!!!' So now she's out roaming around the house now.
I was worried about her so was up really early this morning
so got a 10+ and she's at 251 - nothing special there - but at least not in the 300's - hoping that the 1 u will make a difference and she'll slide back down..otherwise I need to set a 'countdown' clock on the SS so I'll know how many days/cycles to leave her at 1 u...I think moving from 1.25 to 1 u was kinda fast this time...may have had something to do with her upset tummy and her not eating her HC/MC that I offered when she dropped too low day before yesterday...so we'll see.
Hopefully she'll have a better day and I will too...on the bright side, all of my throw rugs downstairs got a nice washing yesterday...so I suppose she felt it was time to take care of that anyway, huh?
Sending vines and hugs to everyone here in L&L - and again a special hug to everyone who responded yesterday...it was a stressful day!
And everyone knows I needed another one of those!
