Good Morning!
Not much to tell here. Scooter is still eating and feeling good. He pops an occasional higher AMPS, but nothing too bad. We're holding steady at 1.25 units, his numbers are good, but I don't think he's quite ready for a reducie.

This is our new girl. DH spotted her hiding in a culvert next to his work, she was skin and bones. He spent 2 weeks feeding her and giving treats before he could get close enough to get her in the pick up and get her home. She is settling in very well and starting to come to us for petting

Prayers for all kitties and beans in need!

She's beautiful! Jill, you and your DH are angels for coming to her rescue, what a lucky puppy!
Scooter, your SS is fantastic and now you have a new friend! :)

What a wonderful thing you and your husband have done. That new beautiful pup doesn't know how lucky she is to have parents like you two. I hope she brings you much joy.:bighug:
Glad Mr Scooter is doing well on the current dose. Keep up the good work ,big boy :D:D:D

Such a pretty girl. It makes me cry Happy tears to hear you rescued her! That's one thing that makes me sick, any type of animal abuse!

You guys did something wonderful to give her a home. I wish there were a lot more kind people like you & DH in this world!

So true. It's even a little true with people - rewriting history or the future.
Congratulations Jill!

Her name is Fred. DH named her before he could get close enough to her to tell she was a she. He said we are not changing her name, so I guess she will have to live with it. We think she is a Black Mouth Cur. She is probably at least 10 lbs underweight right now and she weighed 59 lbs at the vet. She will be a big girl when we get her to a healthy weight. She ran to me and let me pet her when I got home from work! :D All our fur kids have been rescues and everyone of them has been very loved and brought a great deal of love and happiness to us.
