One thing you said not long ago: expect the unexpected..... That's not easy for me..... I'm working on it today! Ti-Mousse started in Green, so was expecting more... he went up all day....up to yellow .
I've got a long way to go to be zen!

I feel terrible when I sit too long(computer) When I walk & work out at the health club I always feel so much better! Yoga is the best!

Also I feel good when I'm in my yard & garden digging in the dirt.
