8/31 AMPS 61,+3 46,+4.5 58,+6 48,+8.5 62, PMPS 75,+2.75 65,+6 64

Miss China seems to be surfing safely, but she's also been bugging me for more food for the last half hour...and of course I have to leave earlier than I usually do because the pain clinic changed my appointment time :mad::mad::mad:

I guess I'll feed her some more and hope she continues to surf safely while I'm gone!!:nailbiting::nailbiting:

Maybe some of her LL&L aunties can check in on her while I'm away!

Going to make sure the doctors office know exactly what I think of them changing my appointment times too!

Be a good girl China honey.....Mama will bring you back a new bag of frozen raw!! (or 2)
 
China you surf extra safe while Mama's away and bringing you a nice bag of frozen yummies....!

Thanks for keeping an eye on my girl while I was gone!!

Didn't get home until +11 and of course China was starving to death, so her PMPS was a little influenced by food...if you can call the tiny bit she got to eat "food" but it helped take the edge off and kept her from succumbing to starvation in the next 60 minutes.

I get there at 1pm and the darn doctor is still "out to lunch"...ended up being 2 before he got in anyway :mad::mad::mad:

And that's her third test below 50 on this dose too....and tomorrow morning would have been a week in normal numbers, so I guess we'll try reducing again!!

Not sure if I want to try going down a full .25 or just skinny up the dose....it's hard to break old habits and she's had a bad one of not holding reductions over the years

OK now China....up a little!

That gives me an idea....next time I'll just pack her up and take her with me....when they complain about bringing a cat into a doctor office, I'll just tell them that since they can't get me in and out in a reasonable length of time and she's diabetic and needs to eat, it was the only option I had!! ;)

I think that's a great idea even though you are not serious!! It really makes me so mad when doctors do this to their patients! I know that you have to keep your pain clinic appointments and could not leave but I have found that doctors and their staff will make a better effort to see a patient on time with future visits if one leaves an appointment due to tardiness of the doctor. I have done that with a doctor or two and I get in on time after that.
