I'm not sure what you mean by the "(0, forgot)" as I thought it meant insulin, but the spreadsheet shows 0.75. If NS, then his depot needs to fill up again.
Sending quick healing vines to Belle. I'm not sure what kind of salve or medicine you can put on it, as cats tend to lick it off. Maybe ask the vet.
