I have not been able to “read” Nellie‘s SS yet. It is very confusing to me such as why was she dropped into (found right dose?!), blues and one green only to jump right back into flat yellows? Of course I wonder if this had something to do with my getting her off the schedule :(.
I made the NS AM decision, hopefully not damaging, on purpose to get her back on a 12/12 schedule. One which works for both of us- primarily for her based upon dinner time and my being able to get a +2 and then a “before bed” which would be a +3.5 or +4.5.

The “Depot” had much to do with my decision.
When you say “so far so good” what would be problematic? Would her numbers rise a lot or... drop too much, if I made a bad decision to NS?

A rise to pinks is never fun after a NS/FS, so it's nice to see Nelli is staying blue

I would find it much more helpful if you would keep your spreadsheet updated with your test data. I have no idea what your shot time is to gauge how many hours past shot time you are testing. For those of us who routinely open a spreadsheet, we don't typically look at individual numbers. We look at the trends -- which is why the spreadsheet is color coded.

    Hi Sienne,
I apologize. I didn’t know where to plug in the test times since there was a NS. How should I, where should I insert?

Just put them in the regular columns. If we see “NS”, we know that a test you did at +5 on the SS means it’s actually +17 :)

I have created test times based on going backwards in hours from PMPS :)?

Ok. I painstakingly just got done recording- entered times going back before the 6:15p EDT PMPS.
Is this a confusing mess I’ve now created? I think...

Normally, if you skip a shot and you test two hours after the PSBG (preshot blood glucose), you would enter the number in the +2 column. You should be able to go back through your meter and put the numbers in the correct columns.

I don't understand why you didn't shot this AM ? Was she in a number that was too low.
What was the AMPS number? It was not entered in the SS.

After she got the 78 on the PM of 9/13 she started in bounce mode which I said on your thread could be up to 6 cycles or 3 days to clear.

I hate to see you lose the momentum. She just saw her first green number on 9/13.

I just tested +4. Three times, bac to bac, same meter.
    1- 127
    2- 232
    3- 250
    ????

Whoa, girl! Test once unless you get an error or you get a number that just doesn’t fit in....like the 127. Then just get a retest. If I had to retest, I used my backup meter (same type as my primary meter.).
She was trying to get back to a much better shot time and doing it by 30 mins a day was not going to work for her with her schedule :)

Krystina...cycle count at 5.5u starts over.

    Thanks, thanks and, thanks.
I input the second number, 232. I need to buy a second ReliOn meter. I have two other back ups- not ReliOn. Will do so today.
We are back on track with shot :bighug:!

It is helpful to put notes in the comments section on your SS. For example, noting that you skipped the shot in order to get back on schedule is very helpful to those of us who routinely look at everyone's SS. (It also means you don't have to keep re-explaining!)

Let me see if I can help to clarify about shot times. Even when you skip a shot, the time you would have shot is, as Marje noted, your AMPS -- pre-shot # (vs AMBG - blood glucose #). (I think Marje made a typo, though.) Even if you shoot early or late, whenever you shoot or would shoot, that is the the time you base the rest of the cycle on. If your normal shot time is 7:00 and you oversleep and don't shoot until 9:00, 9:00 is your pre-shot time. If you move the time back to 8:30 at the next shot time in order to get back on schedule, 8:30 is your pre-shot time and your +1 would be at 9:30.

    I hope that helps!

    Thanks I got it :)
Can I “certain” post in a condo or do I have to save the whole condo?

I put PSBG for preshot blood glucose because my point was applicable to either preshot test....AMBG or PMBG.
