As far as feeding goes, ECID. I fed My BK a meal with each AM and PM shot and using an automatic timed feeder he got a mini meal (1/4 of a 3oz can) at +4 and +8 both AM and PM. So that I could be confident he did not eat his +8 meal at +11 I set the feeder to advance at +10, serving a chunk of freeze dried chicken breast (aka kitty crack) so he would not be faced with an empty bowl. I also used the freeze dried chicken breast as a treat after testing.

The general rule of thumb is to not feed after +10. It makes it easier to determine if the numbers are heading up or down at PS time if you know the PS number has not been food influenced.
