Who knows the calculation to figure out calories needed in a day? I can't find my note on that.

Had a nice stretch of blue/green while it lasted. Maybe this is just a blip. She did seem uncomfortable last night, so I'm upping her pain med back to the 0.2 every 8 hrs.

Today I want to clean out pickle bed before it rains. Then paperwork. Tomorrow I got to go look for sink and handles for kitchen. And still looking for lights.
 
I hope Ollie comes down for you today and the increased pain meds help. I can't remember the calculation for calories.

Currently mine is the '69 original. With wall to wall carpet of all things. and paneling on top of paneling. Dark of course. Drop ceiling. Dropped an open can of cat food the other day, tough getting that smell out. Ollie spitting up a few times is another smell embedded. Can't wait for that to get pulled. Kitchen is really starting to smell.

Formula for figuring calories needed.

(13.6 x ideal weight) + 70 = calories needed per day.

Different foods and flavors are all different but you can get fairly close. Don't forget to add in the treats.

No pickles, but not bad numbers at all. Hope Ollie is feeling better.
I can’t imagine how awful it would be if I had carpet in my kitchen. We have carpet in the Living room and bed rooms and after 3 boys, DH and a number of pups and kitties, I can’t wait to rip it out.
 
I'm waiting for accord on the issue. I'm not looking for a showpiece kitchen. Retro is fine, as long as the kitchen functions as a kitchen. It's just that my idea would involve moving the basement stairs and most likely the furnace, sealing off an outside door, and knocking a hole through a brick wall for a window.

Already is. Gotta love when they are carb sensitive. 12% for the 34. Then 8% for the 56. She is good to go. And I gave her a bit of 8% at pmps with her pill. I bet the bounce will be a whopper.
