Looks like it was Deputy China's turn to inspect the shark net for holes!! She came up nicely and surfed the rest of the day though while her mama ran all her errands
Ended up being #7 in line at the DMV....could have been a lot worse...when I left there were more like 20 in line! Almost had a heart attack when they couldn't find DM's car in the computer though....I guess she put the numbers in wrong (although she did it twice) and then on the 3rd try it finally came up. I could feel the death stares from the others waiting though
The main square was closed down earlier than usual which made getting out of there a bit of a trick though since they're located in the middle of things for Apple Festival tomorrow but finally got out, got DM to her hair appointment, did her shopping and got her (and myself) home again
You can sure tell something's going on in town though...the traffic was really bad! You just can't cram 40,000+ people into a town of 1000 and not have it cause a lot of problems!!
Now I just need to find some energy tomorrow so I can sneak up to the square and get my yearly funnel cake!!
China dear...Mama's had a couple of really busy days and still isn't in top form from battling that virus earlier in the week....How about taking it easy on your dear old mama tonight?
