Rose will be getting another reduction today! Based on discussion yesterday, we have pretty much concluded that with her constipation, she was eating less and as a result had a lower insulin requirement. After several very quick reductions and an increase in both lactulose and pilocarpine, the constipation and appetite have improved, so I was surprised to see such a low BG number. Just when you think you have figured out what is going on... She is currently enjoying a nice bit of HC and I will continue to check on her. We have bright sunshine in Chicago today, which always makes me hopeful. Sending bright green, strong vines to all those in need. Yesterday.
