Well I sat down and fiddled with the computer last night and finally got the SS to work with a few stops and starts. Had about 2 weeks of numbers to put in so it took a while as the computer is so slow. Will definitely look into the Google sheets for the iPad.
AMPS 409
A bounce as expected after a big drop yesterday morning of 122 points between +3 and +4
I was really disappointed as on the whole she has not been doing the big fast drops lately and I thought she had left them behind ....stupid me for thinking that!!.......
I have been fiddling about with the carbs in the food trying to get an amount that helped level out the drop with no dramas for a few weeks now. About two weeks ago I decided to try no added carbs at all to her raw diet, just the meats, egg, and small amount of pumpkin as I didn't seem to be getting far with increasing the carbs.
I have also been giving her the second meal at around +3 instead of +2.
I thought on the whole her numbers were flatter. She did not go down to greens but did go down to blues and then she started to do it in more of the cycles instead of just one green cycle and then a bounce for several cycles. I felt there was a shift in her cycles to responding and dropping in more cycles. Then she had a few green cycles and the subsequent bounces were short lived.
Then we had the 36 which she seemed to cope with fairly well....short bounce then back to green. Then yesterday morning she had a big drop of 122 in one hour which has caused a big bounce....I am hoping she is not going to bounce for too long. A work in progress......any thoughts welcome.
Sheba went to the vet for her monthly cartrophen injection last week. He checked her over and was very pleased with her general condition. Said whatever I am doing to keep doing as it is working. He did gently squeeze her elbows and she growled at him so she has some pain there that she didn't have with the metacam, which is a shame. Not surprised though as I can see it in her numbers. But we will press on with the tramadol...her mobility seems good. She is jumping up on chairs, beds etc.
