I'm very very frustrated about missing her shot. How can I do a better job? Sigh.

Still cannot update SS. Electronics problems. Hope everyone has happy cats today.

Alice was an even 2.4kg today. <3

Ugh the dreaded fur shot! I had quite a few in the beginning too. I had the vet shave a spot so I could see the needle go in. By the time the fur grew back I had a feel for it and while I still had them occasionally, they were much fewer. You’re doing a great job with Alice!

I've been thinking about the shaved concept lately but I hate watching her fur trying to grow back in over the hundred spots that shaved her during DKA in hospital, trying to get a line in her. Of course it's worse to watch her sick!

Do I need to test again tonight? She's going to climb higher regardless. It's already evident. I just haven't stabbed her ear again yet.
 
Had a mini crisis pop up this morning. Alice's BGL was tested and she was fed, then things were happening. Now her shot is 1hr 20 min late and last night was a FS. BGL earlier was high 400s.

Really need advice. Panicking a little. :(
